My stay at Ban Kong Rao Guesthouse was quite pleasant overall. The location is fantastic, just outside downtown with plenty of cafes and shops around. The rooms were clean and spacious, making it a great place to unwind after exploring Chiang Mai. However, I did encounter some noisy water pumps during the night which disrupted my sleep a bit.
